This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Legal 500 Kent practice who have a high calibre client base and deal with some high profile, high value commercial litigation work.

They are looking to recruit an experienced commercial litigation solicitor to handle a commercial litigation caseload to include contractual disputes, insolvency, construction litigation and professional negligence.

This is an associate/senior associate level position and therefore applications are welcome from solicitors with 5+ years PQE in commercial litigation and experience in dealing predominantly with commercial clients.

You will ideally have proven experience of business development and will enjoy this aspect of the job.

There are very realistic Partnership prospects for the right person within 12 months.
