A high street private practice in Leicestershire have an excellent opportunity for a Property Paralegal to join their post completions team.
Client Details
Our client is an established full service law firm with several offices throughout the East Midlands region.
Description
As a Property Paralegal in the property team you will be focusing on the post completions aspect of the Residential Conveyancing process. This will include using the land registry portal, liaising with lenders and borrowers and ensuring a smooth completion to the conveyancing transaction.
Profile
The ideal Property Paralegal would have some prior experience within a residential conveyancing team however applications from law graduates working within an administrative role are also welcomed.
Job Offer
A salary of £16,000 - £18,000 is on offer.
