We are working with our law firm client in South Wales, seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor for their Cardiff office.
This is an opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer in the South Wales area to secure a role with an established team, working on a caseload of mortgage files.
The duties will include working on mortgage files from onset to completion including; checking title, advising clients on a variety of matters (leases, easements etc), completions, mortgage documents, funds, and registrations. You will be tasked with being responsible for the more complex matters, providing advice to clients and reporting back on case statistics and MI.
