Commercial Property Locum – Suffolk – February start – 2 – 3 months +
An attractive opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Locum to join a well established law firm based in Suffolk. Our client is looking for someone to start in February and the assignment will be two to three months + in duration.
You will be responsible for handling a mixed caseload of commercial property to include the sale and purchase of licensed premises, restaurants and hotels, landlord and tenant matters and development work.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with previous commercial property experience.
Rate is negotiable, based on experience / PQE.
