A global marketing firm is seeking an experienced Contracts Analyst to join their diverse team in Dublin.

This international role will involve providing support on contractual issues to other members of the team, drafting and editing sales contracts in line with company policies and reviewing customer terms and conditions in regards to legal requirement s and financial issues. Other responsibilities will include researching legal issues and determining the need for external legal advice and identifying risks in relation to contracts management.

Candidates will ideally have over 2 years experience working in commercial contracts management and have detailed knowledge of contract and commercial law. Although a legal qualification is preferable it is not a precondition for experienced candidates.
