Highly regarded West End boutique commercial firm seeks an experienced Corporate lawyer to join them on an interim basis for six months from February 2017.

Covering for a Partner’s maternity leave the ideal candidate will have at least 5-10 years PQE and feel confident in picking up an existing caseload and dealing with clients at this level.

Whilst the wider team deals with a broad range of corporate/M&A matters, the successful candidate’s workload is likely to have a bias towards property, property finance and corporate finance matters and therefore experience in these areas is essential.

The workload will also involve strategic investments, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, disposals,  joint ventures and shareholder agreements.  Within the corporate sphere the firm attracts motivated, driven and accomplished lawyers and is highly regarded for its international ties - consequently the work they receive is arguably on par with that of the Magic Circle.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a Legal 500 firm with an exceptionally strong name in the market, and,  to contribute towards the continued growth and success of this thriving firm whilst the Partner is on leave.

Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.

At LAW Absolute we endeavour to respond to all applications within 48 hours. However due to the volume of applications we receive we may not be able to respond to every candidate individually.

If you have not heard from us within a 48 hour timeframe your application has not been successful and your details have not been retained. LAW Absolute acts as an employment business for temporary recruitment and as an employment agency for fixed term contract and permanent recruitment.
