A top tier Manchester City Centre based law firm are currently looking to recruit an experienced Legal Administrator to join their litigation department supporting a busy team. The successful candidate will be an experienced administration professional with demonstrable experience of typing, data entry and a proactive approach to work.
 
You will possess excellent administration and organisational skills and will also have strong communications skills including a positive telephone manner. 
 
Duties:
  • Action and take ownership of work
  • Monitor and update accounts with accuracy
  • Ability to work well in different areas of the Administration & Correspondence department
  • Maintain accurate and current customer records
  • Make legible notes on account screen that corresponds with customer conversation, where necessary
  • Maintain department standards on a day to day basis on number of accounts worked and deadlines adhered to
  • Flexible approach to work/enjoys doing different tasks.
 
Candidates will also have an excellent grasp of spelling and grammar and should ideally possess highly competent typing skills with an RSA Typing Stage 3 or equivalent qualification, or a typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
