LAW Absolute are working with a highly regarded Legal 500 commercial law firm based in London who have an opportunity in their civil liberties team. The firm require an experienced civil liberties lawyer who is specialised in Actions Against the Police.
The role has arisen due to an imminent maternity leave. As such you will join the firm and assist them for 9 months initially. You will have demonstrable experience in the following areas relating to AAP to include wrongful arrest, discriminations, false imprisonment, battery and abuse, abuse of power and human rights.
This is a fantastic role working with a leading firm in this area and representing individuals and protecting their human rights. You will have a genuine interest in the area of human rights law and a particular specialism in actions against the police.
The role is to start immediately. Candidates with experience in this area who are available at short notice or immediately are encouraged to apply.
