Conveyancing Assistant/ Paralegal

Do you run your own caseload of conveyancing files?

Have you got experience in assisting the head of department with their work?

Do you want to work in Manchester City Centre?

If the answer to the above questions are yes, then we would be keen to hear from you.

The role will include,

• Assisting fee earners with a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgage and new build files 
• Dealing with searches, drafting contracts, reviewing mortgage offers and liaising with 3rd parties and referrers 
• Liaising with clients to ensure SLAs are adhered to
