This is an exciting time to join the firm - they have an established reputation in the local market and are growing.
Client Details
My client is a well established fully serviced private practice.
The firm is small so you won't be in a organisation that works long hours or has a corporate culture. You will work for a firm that has good quality work and is genuinely interested in investing in your learning and development.
You will have the benefit of an existing caseload so will have work from day one.
Description
You would be coming in as the solicitor and work on a range of matters. There is an existing caseload so you will have work from day one.
The clients are mixed so you will act for individuals and commercial clients. There is an existing caseload that you could pick up.
You will be involved with a range of civil matters and also take the lead on property disputes and even probate litigation matters if you wanted to branch out. The client is more than happy to develop your skills and mentor you on the contentious probate side of things if this is of interest to you.
Profile
Ideally you will have at least 2 years' experience advising on a range of litigation matters (from commercial contracts disputes through to housing litigation). Our client will consider candidates with a range of experience.
As this is an important long term appointment, the firm are particularly interested in people with a flair for business.
This opportunity could suit solicitors who are currently at a range of firms - either at a similarly regional firm looking but looking for more progression or at a larger firm looking for a more autonomous role.
