Locum Planning Solicitor

Venn Group's specialist legal team are excited to be recruiting for a Locum Planning Solicitor to join a Local Authority based in East Anglia.

The contract is for an attractive period of 3-6 months with the possibility of an extension dependant on workload.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive who holds a current practising certificate.

Duties will include:

• Drafting s106's and advising at Planning Committee
• Assisting the council on various contentious and non contentious planning applications
• Advising on Planning Appeal Inquiries as required

In return, our client is offering a rate of £30-40 per hour dependant on the candidates level of experience.
