This is an opportunity for a residential property solicitor to join the Sheffield office of a Legal 500 recommended Yorkshire law firm. This firm has been well established in Yorkshire for many years and is renowned for its innovative, business-focused approach to the law.
The residential property team handles a full range of matters including sales and purchase, plot sales and acquisitions, lease extensions as well as secured lending matters, transfer of equity, remortgages and first registration of title.
As a residential property solicitor, you will handle your own varied caseload from instruction through to post completion, acting for a wide range of clients to include portfolio management, and be prepared to actively foster new client relationships. You should have experience of working in a busy conveyancing department and handling your own general residential conveyancing caseload unaided.
This is a great opportunity for you to handle a quality workload, contribute to the success of a well-respected, growing firm and embrace contemporary working methods, all without compromising on a good work-life balance.
For more information and to apply, please forward an up to date copy of your CV.
