Our client, a highly regarded Legal 500 firm, are looking to expand their Property team in London.
The successful candidate is likely to have at least 3 years PQE, excellent academics and solid work history. You will come from a strong property background with a particular focus on development and plot sales. Your experience to date is likely to include: advising on structuring estate documentation to deal with Landlord and Tenant issues and drafting estate disposal documentation for development schemes.
The role will entail working closely with the Head of Department, managing the team of paralegals, conveyancing executives and licensed conveyancers, developing and managing systems and procedures to increase the team’s efficiency and drafting legal documentation.
