Family Lawyer (5+ PQE)

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing caseloads of divorce, finance and ancillary private children law matters on mainly privately funded cases. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the FPR and CPR to the extent that they are relevant to family cases with a detailed knowledge of relevant forms and procedures. The new joiner will also be expected to supervise and train junior members of the practice.

The ideal candidate must have a detailed knowledge of Family work, including procedural and practical skills and be able to conduct a high volume of caseload matters on behalf of clients. They must also possess the ability to prioritise and deal with many varying individuals from all walks of life.
