Defendant Fee Earner - Southampton

A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for an experienced fee earner to join my client's prestigous Southampton office and manage a personal a case load of files. You will ensure that clients are confident that their legal affairs are dealt with in a businesslike and competent manner, and to ensure the efficient operation of the practice and monitor your workload in compliance with service standards within the Defendant Fraud Department.

The successful candidate will ensure effective case management and the production of high quality work on their own files and any other files where assistance or cover is provided. You will demonstrate compliance with all litigation dates and with client service level agreements while ensuring awareness of the relevant firm standards and working practices as set out in the Firms Policies and Procedures.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and ambitious indivdiual with good academic achievements and relevent experience.
