New opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancing lawyer to join this established firm based in the West Midlands.

Our client is a respected local firm with an excellent reputation for residential conveyancing work in the locality.

The firm, which is home to a busy conveyancing practice now seeks to appoint a residential conveyancing lawyer to manage your own caseload of files. With some experience of handling residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity relating to freehold and leasehold properties, you'll engage confidently with local brokers, estate agents and other intermediaries and you'll be comfortable undertaking some marketing events and initiatives to help raise the profile of the department.

Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors (NQ+) or legal executives or licensed conveyancers with the required level of experience.
