An IT solutions company based in Berkshire is seeking a Paralegal to join the Legal department for an initial period of 4 months. The role will report directly into the Company Secretary and has the potential to extend or progress into a permanent role.
My client is looking for candidate with a good understanding of commercial and contract law. You will have strong professional ethics and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
*Drafting and updating standard terms and conditions
*Carrying out initial reviews of customer and supplier contracts
*Attending meetings and calls with colleagues, customers and suppliers
*Keeping up to date on any legal developments
*Prepare draft advice on any new developments and changes
*Undertaking ad-hoc projects as required by Head of Legal UK
The successful candidate will have a law degree and experience of working within a law firm or in-house legal department.
