Thriving Top 40 law firm with ambitious growth plans requires a Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor 2 PQE+ to join its Chambers rated national team.
The Restructuring and Insolvency has an exceptional reputation for providing an approachable service and pragmatic advice; working with an impressive client base including banks, insolvency practitioners, distressed lenders and other stakeholders.
This is an unrivalled opportunity for an experienced Corporate Recovery Solicitor to have access to high calibre national non-contentious work, dealing with a broad array of bank and investor led restructuring, bank security reviews, business sales and acquisitions and insolvency support.
To apply for this position, you will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum 2 years’ experience within restructuring and insolvency however, my client is also open to solicitors with transferable experience gained within banking and/or corporate law. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate excellent drafting skills and have the ability to establish and develop relationships in your local market.
