Successful West-End based company is looking to hire a new bilingual PA to work one to one for the Chairman.  With the client base being heavily Spanish the company is looking to hire an enthusiastic and competent PA/EA who is fluent in both Spanish and English!  This role will be a very involved position where you will have full access to the clients with the opportunity to develop your role should you choose to, however the core responsibility is to offer first class PA support.  In this company you will be working in a one to one capacity where you will be both gatekeeper and organiser of the Chairman/CEO on a day to day basis plus with this company only being small you will also assist in the smooth and efficient running of the company.  Duties will include complex diary and travel management including flights, hotels, visas, currency exchanges, taxis and any other tasks that could crop up, remote PA support across varying timezones, regular conference and road show preparation, monthly corporate card & expenses compilation, managing invoices ensuring they are authorised and put on the banking system for payment as well as being filed correctly, compilation of board packs for bi-monthly board meetings, liaising with accountants for the preparation, printing & mail out of annual set of accounts for AGM, regular stock exchange announcements that have to go to shareholder list as well as external news sources/websites and to be uploaded to the corporate website, ensuring all filing is up to date and correctly documented and the meeting and greeting of high net worth individuals such as shareholders or investors.  Applicants must have previous PA experience in a highly accountable position and be advanced on MS Office (Mac experience is a bonus but not essential), board meeting experience is preferable as is working with high net worth individuals.  Standard hours are 9am to 6pm.  Offices are based in the heart of Mayair.  Applicants must understand the importance of the client base and the personal touch that is required and demanded by the company as they are a market leader within their industry with a reputation second to none so applicants need to be both well-spoken and well-presented.  Many intangible and tangible benefits are available for the right person.
