The company:
Pure Search is working with a leading financial services broker seeking a lawyer for its growing and expanding legal team.
The role:
Responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements
- Advising on regulations in particular MIFID and AIFMD as well as European work.
- New product development and initiatives
- Liaising with external counsel where appropriate
About you:
The role is broad and varied and will suit a lawyer from a financial services background. The business is well positioned for growth and expansion and there are excellent long term prospects with the role. Applicants are expected to be qualified lawyers with around 2-4 years plus PQE.
