Leading Top 20 law firm with an outstanding national reputation, particularly within insurance litigation, seeks an additional Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its expanding Casualty team.
As a Solicitor NQ+ or Legal Executive with solid pre-litigated employers’ and public liability experience, you will join a team of 10+ fee earners where you will be responsible for managing your own caseload whilst also assisting with complex abuse cases, requiring the ability to deal with sensitive situations.
There is an impressive client base in place incorporating a variety of leading insurers and self-insureds and the work is of the highest calibre.
It is essential you are a newly qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid experience of defendant personal injury EL/PL cases although applications may be considered from solicitors with strong claimant EL/PL experience, provided you are able to hit the ground running.
