Our client is a well established Birmingham law firm offering a full range of legal services.

Description

As a Private Client Legal Executive you will be taking ownership of a historic bank of approximately 600 wills that need to be reviewed and clients will need to be updated. This process may result in identifying wills where circumstances have changed and the wills will need updating accordingly.

You will be handling any LPA or simple inheritance tax issues that arise and a senior lawyer will be on hand for any complicated tax issues that arise.

The firm also has a very busy conveyancing department and the firm envisage the Private Client Legal Executive working closely with the conveyancing team to identify opportunities for where the firm could be instructed on new wills.

Profile

The ideal Private Client Legal Executive will have at least 2 years experience of handling wills. The role is based in Birmingham so ideally candidates will live in or around that region.

Although the role is ideally a full time role, applications are welcomed from individuals seeking a part time role.

Job Offer

A salary of £25,000 - £35,000 is on offer plus a very lucrative bonus scheme where you will receive 1/3 of your billings over an agreed and very achievable target. This is a genuine opportunity to significantly enhance your take home salary and will genuinely reward a hard working individual.
