We are instructed by an award winning legal 500 law firm to recruit a senior commercial property solicitor to develop a commercial property offering in their Solihull office.
You will join this Legal 500 ranked team to build and develop their commercial property offering. The team is well-known for its high-standards in the Worcestershire area but is looking to develop its presence in Solihull with this appointment.
You will be expected to build and develop their commercial property offering in Solihull building on existing work to include the sale and purchase of commercial premises, advising on leases, advising developers along with advising banks etc.
