You are required to have at least 6 months experience in handling your own litigated caseload (although not necessarily EL/PL files). It is essential that you have exceptional academics (good A-levels and a 2:1 degree or above). You will be required to handle your own caseload of employers liability and public liability files. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills and have excellent attention to detail.
