A leading financial services provider is looking to recruit a contract drafting specialist with privacy policy experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Determination of Contract Inventories (Clients, Vendors, IGAs and Staff)
- Categorisation of Contracts
- Drafting of new contract clauses (written by DP Lawyer)
- Drafting of new privacy notices (written by DP Lawyer)
- Establishing means of cross border data transfer e.g. BCRs
- Development of contract/agreement/notices register
REQUIRMENTS:
- Excellent Business Analysis skills within a Legal/Compliance setting i.e. ability to analyse and clearly capture business requirements
- Excellent Communication, planning and co-ordination skillsMust have experience working within a Legal/Compliance team / domain
- Must have data privacy experience
- Must have extensive Banking and Regulatory experience
- Ideally have some experience working within a change programme and working to a programme / project plan
- Ideally some exposure to legal agreements / contracts
