Real Estate Finance Solicitor

We are working with a leading magic / silver circle firm who are arguably edging ahead of their peers with some recent key partnership hires, and some very high profile client instructions. 

They are looking to recruit a junior / mid-level lawyer with strong real estate finance experience to join the team.    They have an enviable client base, particularly high profile investors and EU and US investment banks. 

The work is varied, they work on syndicated, bi-lateral, and mezzanine loans, they work with development financiers and a variety of CMBS / RMBS and other capital market transactions.  

You will have trained at and have experience from a competing firm in terms of size and quality.    There is some flexibility in terms of the PQE they are open to considering but it is likely that you will have at least 1 years PQE.
