CLIENT: We are working with an exciting and growing London based start-up that is looking to hire their first lawyer to support the business a complex variety of commercial, finance, technology and energy matters.
ROLE: As sole counsel, you will be heavily involved in advising the business on regulations within the sector and ensuring their best interests are protected. A highly commercial position, you will be working closely with the finance and commercial teams to achieve the company's goals.
CANDIDATE: You will have a solid grounding in corporate and commercial law from a leading international firm as well as experience in an in-house environment. The ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing and changing business and work closely with the commercial team is essential.
