An EL/PL Solicitor is needed for a large international insurance law firm with a salary of up to 50k
Your new company
Insurance law firm with a fantastic reputation for providing good quality legal services. Its large office based in Manchester is easily accessible and has parking onsite. Due to major expansion plans, a permanent Personal Injury EL/PL Solicitor is needed for its EL/PL Casualty department.
Your new role
You'll handle a defendant caseload of EL/PL litigated fast & multi-track files whilst Supervising junior members of the team. You will be heavily involved in business development and your strong leadership skills will help define the future success of the team. Your primary responsibility is to work through your caseload and motivate the team around you.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience as a successful Personal Injury EL/PL Solicitor would be essential for the team's success. You will have a strong track record in high billable hours and proven relationships with major insurers would be essential. You should be technically strong and decent academics would also be advantageous.
