Legal Counsel

• Do you have experience in respect of a wide range of commercial contracts?
• Are you a UK qualified Solicitor with approximately 4-7 years' PQE?
• Do you have any significant experience of or prior exposure to any technology related contracts and issues?
• Do you have any knowledge of or interest in competition related matters?
• Do you want to get involved in a huge range of legal and compliance issues facing the business?

You will be working for a hugely successful and well-known international organisation, with offices in over 25 countries and over 7,000 employees worldwide.

You will draft, negotiate and conclude a vast and incredibly varied range of commercial contracts and in particular closely support the internal sales team.

This role will initially be undertaken on a 12-month maternity cover basis.

You will report directly into the UK based General Counsel.

You will work in a fantastic location on the Bucks/London borders.
