The role will include handling a caseload of post-issue matters up to and including trial. To be considered for this role you will be a successful solicitor with solid experience of handling a caseload of credit hire matters.
Strong IT skills including proficiency in the use of case management systems (i.e. Proclaim) are also essential for the position.
The ideal candidate will also have first class negotiation and advocacy skills.
