Mandarin speaking Lawyer

Working as part of it's Legal & Compliance department , you will work within a wider team of 9 people, as it's sole lawyer and first point of contact of all legal matters across the bank. You will keep abreast with all EU and UK legislative and regulatory changes , as well as provide wide ranging legal advice and support to business areas across the bank. You will advise on banking agreements such as loan documentation , ISDA's, process agencies and netting agreements etc, as well as be responsible for developing a legal risk monitoring plans.

You must be be a UK qualified lawyer who has ideally worked within an in-house legal team of a bank /financial service client . It is essential that you are both a fluent and confident Mandarin speaker , as you will be the main point of contact with its offices in the East.
