RTA,EL/PL Paralegal / Litigator /CILEx

TSR LEGAL are excited to be working with a leading legal firm with offices in Wirral, who are currently looking for a claimant Personal Injury Paralegal / Litigator to join their legal team in Wirral.

As a Paralegal / Litigator the main objective of your job will be to manage a caseload of RTA,EL/PL  and litigated personal injury claims making sure that you achieve the best outcome for the client.

Responsibilities will include:

•Managing a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated RTA,EL/PL personal injury matters

•Drafting & Filing of court documents

•Communicating effectively with clients regularly

•Recording all details accurately onto the database

•Keeping files up to date

•Using the Case Management System effectively

•You will also be required to meet KPIs

This will be a fast-paced and exciting role.

To be a successful candidate you will need to following experience/skills:

•Experience within a personal injury environment - ideally claimant litigation experience however defendant experience is welcomed

•Experience of managing RTA,EL/PL/personal injury cases

•Ideally CILEX qualified or a qualified Solicitor, but you must at least have a Law degree

•Great communication skills - verbal and written

•Experience dealing with clients

•A strong team player

•Able to meet deadlines and hit KPIs
