Our US law firm client has an exciting newly-created opportunity for a Practice Development Coordinator to join their busy London office. The Practice Development Lead will work closely with the Chief Knowledge Strategy Officer to support the rollout and continuous improvement of the new Practice Development strategy and will support with activities related to improved governance, financial management and status reporting.

Key responsibilities for the Practice Development Coordinator will include:

  • Organising key meetings, capturing actions and tracking progress
  • Project managing initiatives that support the strategic agenda
  • Managing and monitoring MI across departments
  • Compiling status reports to measure impact of Practice Development program
  • Coordination budgeting process and outputs
  • Providing support to the Chief Knowledge Strategy Officer in relation to finance related processes

The ideal candidate for the Practice Development Coordinator role will be degree-educated and have strong relevant experience within a Professional Services environment. Excellent stakeholder management skills are a must, as is the ability to establish strong working relationships at all levels. You will be a team player and ideally have experience of working within a global matrixed environment.
