The Role: Locum Private Family Solicitor

Our client, a specialist firm based in South London, is looking to recruit a Locum Family Solicitor to join their niche practice on a full time locum basis due to a maternity cover requirement. The firm have enjoyed recent success and have established themselves in the South London area. This is a firm that can offer a comprehensive range of legal services but at the same time maintain a personal feel. It is one of the leading practices in the area and has numerous accreditations. The role would suit a Private Practice Locum Family Solicitor who can work unsupervised and commit to a minimum of 9 months on a full basis.

This opportunity will allow the locum Family Solicitor to showcase their skills and talents whilst running a caseload of matters. The firm need cover for their senior family solicitor who helps run the department covering matrimonial, financial and children matters. The ideal candidate will be able to carry existing matters forward while generating new work and instructions.

Applications for this locum Family Solicitor role will be considered from qualified solicitors or equivalent with at least 6 years' PQE who have also gained experience. Resolution accreditation is advantageous. 1:1 Secretarial support is available with this locum Family Solicitor role.
