Corporate Lawyer (NQ-3 PQE)

A highly regarded law firm is seeking an associate between NQ-3 PQE to join their Corporate team in London.

The department has a strong client base and specialises in all aspects of corporate work, both domestic and international. This close-knit team operates in a wide-range of industry sectors within a broad set of challenging transactions.

The successful candidate will be working on a variety of corporate matters, including cross-border M&A transactions, advising clients in private equity backed deals and corporate restructuring. Such a candidate will have strong academics as well as be a team player. The role will suit an individual who embraces building relationships and business development.
