Property Litigation - Legal 500 and Chambers Ranked - Senior Associate/Partner

Our Client, a Legal 500 and Chambers Ranked Practice based in London and Hertfordshire, is looking for a Senior Solicitor to join their team.

The Property Litigation department deal with a wide range of property disputes, including but not limited to: landlord and tenant disputes; dilapidation and disrepair claims; lease renewals - opposed and unopposed; rent arrears and insolvency; rent review and service charge disputes; and disputes arising out of the sale and purchase of land. Their Client base includes prominent retailers, leisure operators, major estate agents, fast food retailers and financial service providers.

Due to a re-structuring of the team they are now looking for an ambitious Senior Associate or Partner to head the department and take it forward. The successful candidate will have a variety of experience in Property Disputes and management with the ability to grow the team. Whilst there is an existing caseload to deal with and build upon, it would also be desirable, but not essential, for any applicant to have a following and/or book of contacts to tap into.
