This is an opportunity for a Court of Protection Paralegal to join a very well-renowned, specialist law firm in Sheffield.

As a Court of Protection Paralegal, you will sit in a sizeable team with the opportunity to learn from a talented group of senior lawyers. You will join a growing team of paralegals who undertake a spectrum of rewarding work for clients who are vulnerable, injured, disabled or suffering from illness.
The Court of Protection Paralegal role will involve a high degree of client contact, giving practical advice and day to day administration services in relation to managing clients’ financial, property and day to day affairs.
You will have strong academics and previous experience of working within a similar role. Accounting experience and/or trust management experience would be preferred. You will have basic knowledge of income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax, as well as the ability to prioritise work effectively to meet the requirements of trustees and beneficiaries and relevant deadlines.
