Equity Capital Markets Associates - Junior & Mid-Level

The well-established and award-winning Capital Markets team, within the London office of this prestige US firm, is seeking an Associates at both junior and mid-level.

The team deals with a broad range of high quality Equity Capital Markets work within a range of sectors, both domestic and international. It is headed by superb partners with an extensive client base and has been making waves in the market both by the notable mandates it is consistently winning and in the acquisition of several high profile partners joining its London team. The firm operates an entrepreneurial culture and actively encourages their associates to be involved in the growth of the firm.

The successful candidate will have excellent academics and Equity Capital Markets experience. Such a candidate will have experience acting for underwriters or issuers in a variety of Equity Capital markets transactions. Further to this, experience in general corporate work is desirable.
