The Conveyancing department is the largest department firm-wide. They have relationships with the most prestigious and well-known agents and brokers. The department is very dynamic and good at business development subsequently introducing new business on a weekly business, as well as maintaining existing relationships. This approach allows them to continue to grow and has won them some industry awards.
You will join the East Dulwich office in South London; you will join a friendly and supportive team dealing with a broad caseload of Residential Property matters, including HNW transactions. You will have lots of autonomy within this role. You will be one of the Senior Fee Earners in the department, in time there will be an opportunity to run the office and lead the team.

• Salary above market rate, a fair way of ensuring you are paid well, with a very lucrative bonus structure

• You will have at least five years experience in Residential Conveyancing
• You will be either a Licensed Conveyancer, ILEX or Solicitor
