Junior Corporate lawyer - In house investment fund

We are currently working with the General Counsel of a successful Investment Management fund to find a Junior Solicitor. The business has paved itself a highly impressive path since inception and over the past few years have gone from strength to strength.

They have offices based here in the UK and on Wall Street. This is a role which offers more commercial and business focused responsibilities than in Private Practice and the more typical roles In-House.
The role will allow you to gain a unique understanding into the development, creation and implementation of the contracts created with regard to asset finance and acquisition. It will also require you to take sole counsel on lower value transactions. The role will sit directly with their General Counsel and Asset Management team and will give real insight to how the business runs day to day and provide a rare insight into acquisitions and corporate transactions.

They are looking for a 0-1PQE Corporate Lawyer who trained at a top tier law firm and has experience with investment funds or Corporate M/A and Commercial Law. They look for individuals who want to join a business within a very team orientated dynamic environment.
