Residential Property Solicitor - HOD

Unusual role to join a boutique law firm. This could not be more different from a factory conveyancing environment!! 

This established full service law firm has branches in Cornwall and beyond.   

They are now looking to recruit an additional residential property fee earner into their successful Cornwall office. Over and above this it is anticipated that you will also assist the current partner with managing and running the office. 

You will inherit a live case load of residential property transactions, to include sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity of both country houses and estates, to small properties. You will advise on both leasehold and freehold matters.

Qualified residential property solicitors, legal executives and licensed conveyancers who have experience running a case load from start to finish are encouraged to apply.

Those who have managerial experience are encouraged to apply. You should be comfortable working autonomously, although there will be other senior lawyers on hand to support you whenever necessary.
