Health Advisory Lawyer 0-4 PQE Leading Healthcare Law Practice

This leading healthcare practice is seeking a health advisory lawyer for their Public Law team in London. The firm has excellent relationships with public sector clients and advises on the full spectrum of health and social issues.

The successful candidate will deal with high-end healthcare and public law cases, mainly on the defence side. The workload includes advising on regulatory matters, medical treatment cases, clinical risk management, mental health and Court of Protection work, patient issues, information disclosure and much more.

Candidates should be qualified as a solicitor and ideally have up to 4 years of post qualification experience in a good healthcare law practice. You should be technically astute and have good academics. You should be a good communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills and confident dealing with clients directly.
