Residential Conveyancing Lawyer sought within CQS accredited team in East Sussex.

The Role
We are now actively seeking a dynamic Residential Conveyancing Lawyer for a CQS accredited department in East Sussex. With the flexibility to work at one of two of the practices offices, the successful Lawyer will manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions to include: sales and purchases; remortgages; lease extensions and; transfers of equity. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of two years’ PQE;
You will be technically competent with solid residential conveyancing experience;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will be IT Literate;
You will work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines;
You will be a pro-active team player, with a desire for professional development.
