Your new company
This leading UK specialist family law firm is looking for a Residential Property Legal Executive to join their team for up to 12 months. The firm advises clients both in the UK and internationally on family law, alongside conveyancing, court of protection and private client matters.

Your new role
You will be managing a busy caseload of residential transactions. This will involve dealing with licenses to assign, deeds of variation, drafting sale contracts and transfers for conveyancing, and drafting letters to clients and other parties. You will prepare documents for disclosure, manage the retrieval/storage of documents and analyse and prepare reports on relevant documents. You will also assist with file opening procedures including preparing first draft of retainer letters, and ensure compliance with money laundering regulations. Alongside these duties, you will also carry out administrative tasks, including scanning, coding and using electronic document management systems as appropriate.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have the LLB/GDL or ILEX Residential Property experience. You have experience acting for key client accounts. You also have experience using MS office packages. Previous conveyancing/residential property experience is essential.
