As a MOJ Legal Advisor, you will be joining a supportive, growing personal-injury team, where you will be responsible for handling your own caseload of RTA/ULR matters. The size of your caseload will vary, depending on the level of your experience. However, this legal role would be a great move for a MOJ Portal fee earner that is looking to make the next step towards handling litigation.

This firm has a unique culture of encouraging progression. It works together to ensure that everyone can reach their full potential, whatever that may be! You will be starting by handling pre-litigated files with some uninsured loss recovery ones.

Ideally, you will be familiar with the concept of liability, and have a grasp of submitting and progressing files through the MOJ Portal. This international firm is looking for ambitious candidates, while you will be supported by a manager who cares about your development, and who will be tasked with giving you the tools you need to take that next step in your career.
