Residential Conveyancer

A Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with an award winning law firm based in South Manchester. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

My client is a successful and well established law firm with an excellent reputation in the market. Due to continued growth & expansion they are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Fee Earner to handle a full caseload of Residential Property files from start to completion.

Applications are invited from Solicitors/Licensed Conveyancers/Fee Earners/Paralegals with a proven track record of handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing files. You'll possess excellent client care and communication skills, have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have previous experience handling a large caseload of matters using a Case Management System.
