A Real Estate Associate is required for a rewarding opportunity with a global legal services provider. The role will be based in Hong Kong and offers an excellent salary and benefits package.

Supporting my client's two Hong Kong based Real Estate Partners, you will be expected to handle competently Corporate Real Estate transactions (Acquisitions, Disposals, Property Joint Ventures etc.). This practice expects a lot from its large team of Associates and in return you will be rewarded well in terms of package and career development.

You will be a Hong Kong qualified Lawyer with between 2-5 years PQE. With all their hires my client also very much welcomes those Real Estate Associates with a more senior level of PQE as there is always flexibility for the right candidate. You will be fluent in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English as you will be expected to draft to a high level in both languages. Naturally we are keen to see CVs of experienced Real Estate and Property Lawyers but it should also be said that we would welcome Corporate/Commercial and M&A Lawyers to apply who have exposure in their current role to Real Estate and Property work.
