Corporate Paralegal/Solicitor - £Neg - Dudley

Clayton Legal is currently working with a reputable firm based in Dudley who is looking to hire a corporate paralegal or solicitor (NQ - 5 PQE) to join their expanding team.

To be successful, you will need to be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment, as well as have relevant experience in a similar capacity. If successful, you will be dealing with a full range of transactional work, as well as commercial contracts and mergers and acquisitions, as well as drafting legal documentation, undertaking due diligence and preparing ancillary documents. You will be dealing with very high value transactional work, so will need to have good, relevant experience for this role.
