Junior Corporate Associate - leading City Firm
You will join an extremely busy real estate team in the heart of the city, who due to increasing success are looking to on-board an additional Corporate Lawyer. The firm have a strong international focus and whilst having all the benefits of a London boutique firm compete and regularly win work from the larger international firms.
The successful corporate team provides proactive and commercially focused advice to clients ranging from start-ups business to major listed companies and institutions. You will advise across a broad swathe of corporate matters in the UK and internationally. With the practice currently thriving, you will service a broad range of clients under Partner supervision whilst also using your initiative and building a rapport with clients.
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must;
- Have exceptionally strong academics
- Be newly qualified - 1 year PQE
- Be commercially astute
