Corporate Associate - Manchester

Sue Ross Legal are currently recruiting for a Corporate Solicitor to join this international Law Firm, based in their Manchester office.

Duties will include working within the Corporate group and supporting the Partners on a broad range of Corporate Transactions, including mid-market M&A, equity capital markets work, cross-border transactions, group reorganisations and some private equity work.

This role would ideally suit someone with around 3 years PQE corporate experience gained within a respected firm (although candidates with more or less experience may also be considered).
